On March 6, 2009 permission was granted for the LMA:
"Hello,
I am a native Utah singer-songwriter. I play solo and with my Kinfolk Band. I'm interested in expanding my musical reach and, having been introduced to your handy site, would love to host my music with you in lossless format and mp3. I'd like to file all my music, whether with Cambriah & Her Kinfolk Band or by myself, under "Cambriah".
I hereby grant permission to the Internet Archive to archive my shows for public download and noncommercial, royalty-free circulation under the name / archive identifier "Cambriah", sans quotation marks.
